Profile — Persona ▸ Branding

The Profile ▸ Persona ▸ Branding tab is your own personal materials library — multiple headshots plus personal marketing files. It is personal to you; organization-wide logos and marketing assets are not here — they live in the Library.

Changed in #209: this tab previously showed the organization’s shared Digital Assets by mistake. Org-wide brand materials moved to the Library. Phase 2 turned this tab into a per-user library (multiple headshots + personal marketing files), not just a single headshot.

Choose a Type — Headshot, Marketing, Presentation, or Other — then upload:

  • Headshot — a JPEG or PNG photo. Keep as many as you like.
  • Marketing / Presentation / Other — your own files (ads, decks, bio sheets). Images, PDFs, or Office docs up to 10 MB.

You can keep several headshots and choose which is your active avatar (the photo shown in the top bar, Directory, matter staff lists, and headshot email signatures).

  • Click Set as avatar on a headshot card here, or pick it from the avatar selector on Profile ▸ General.
  • The active headshot carries an Avatar badge.
  • Setting an avatar runs the chosen image through the same 256×256 re-encode as a direct upload, so resolution and embedding behave identically.
  • Deleting a material removes it from your library; if it was the active avatar, the current photo stays until you choose a new one.

A link on the tab takes you straight to the Library when you need an approved company logo or marketing asset.

  • Use a square, well-lit photo; the avatar is cropped to a circle.
  • Keep the file a few MB or less for fast loading.
