After completing an identity verification through Athenty Secure — typically initiated by a mortgage broker, lawyer, or financial institution — clients can download Athenty Protect to monitor their identity status, receive alerts, and maintain a secure digital record of their verification history.

The app serves as a personal identity companion, providing peace of mind that your verified identity is being monitored and that you will be notified if any suspicious activity is detected.

Who Is Athenty Protect For?

Athenty Protect is designed for individuals and clients — the people who are verified through Athenty Secure. If you have completed a Smart IDV or Smart KYC verification session, Athenty Protect allows you to:

• View your verification history: See a record of all verifications you have completed, including dates, requesting organizations, and verification types.
• Receive identity monitoring alerts: Get notified if your identity information is detected in connection with suspicious activity.
• Store identity documents securely: Keep a secure, encrypted copy of your verified identity documents accessible from your mobile device.
