Downloading and Installing Athenty Protect

Athenty Protect is available on both major mobile platforms:

1. iOS: Search for “Athenty Protect” in the Apple App Store, or follow the download link provided in your verification confirmation email.
2. Android: Search for “Athenty Protect” in the Google Play Store, or follow the download link provided in your verification confirmation email.

Install the app and open it to begin the sign-in process.

Creating an Account and Logging In

You do not need to create a separate account for Athenty Protect. When you complete a Smart IDV or Smart KYC verification through an organization that uses Athenty Secure, you will receive an email with instructions to access Athenty Protect.

1. Open the app and tap Sign In.
2. Enter the email address you used during your verification session.
3. Follow the authentication prompts — this may include email verification or biometric confirmation — to access your account.

If you have completed verifications with multiple organizations, all of your verification records will appear under a single Athenty Protect account linked to your email address.

Navigating the App

Athenty Protect is organized around four main screens:

• Dashboard: An overview of your identity status, recent activity, and any pending alerts.
• Alerts: A chronological list of identity monitoring notifications, including any flagged activity that requires your attention.
• Profile: Your personal information, verified identity documents, and verification history.
• Settings: Manage notification preferences, biometric login settings, and account security options.
