Handling Duplicates
Existing Emails
Section titled “Existing Emails”- If the email address already exists in the database, a modal will appear showing the information of the agent who owns that client. They must share that client with you.
Client ID Generation
Section titled “Client ID Generation”- The client ID will be generated using the first and last name. If that client ID already exists in the database, you will receive an error and must fix it.
